On Tuesday we got to have action day were we got to walk to the start of Hamanatua stream and the up a hill called Otukakara. We got ready and then we walked there. We finnaly arrived and it was already really muddy, yucky. We also had to cross the stream. We got into our lins and opend the fence.
We went down the muddy path and we crossed the moving river. Everybody was tacking ages to cross the river. I was finally in the top 5 to go through the river. When it was Tre's turn he slipt in and every one was laughing at him and he was even laughing. I went through the river and my feet were freezing like Antartca. Then every body made it across safly. Bang we started walking to the end of the farm. 40 minutes later we had some food and then we keeped walking on. We reached some cows and one started weeing and there was a pregnent one and it looked like it was going to die. When we walked a little further we saw a baby calf! The teacher said be quit so we did.We also saw some bones of a sheep or cow. Then the teachers said that will be it so we ate there and played there for a bit.
We started walking back and walked back to school. Then we ate and we played under the knee tag but there wasn't that much people playing. After the bell rang I quickly ran out of class and walked home. I loved walking to the start of the Hamanatua stream.
